Announcing the 2012 Crop Because You Care! It's our 11th year. We're Back!
Come and join us at the South Towne Expo Center for the 11th annual Crop Because You Care. Crop the day away with your friends and family, get great ideas from the other scrappers, and learn from some of the best. A great excuse to get out and be creative! Enter the raffle for a chance to win a scrapbooking getaway for up to 8 of your friends. The first 300 participants will receive a stuffed gift bag. Entry price is $25.00 for the all day pass. Meal tickets won't be provided this year as part of the entry cost.

Enjoy 12 hours of demonstrations, vendor booths, speakers, and creative fun. Bring your supplies and pictures along with any ideas you'd like to share.
We are digi friendly!
We will host a battery charging station. If you would like to reserve an outlet please type or write the word "Digi" in an e-mail to Jenn@epilepsyut.com after you receive your registration confirmation e-mail. An accurate count of people who plan on plugging into the charging station will help us keep the fees reasonable and will ensure enough space for those who use this service. The cost this year for digi participation is an additional $15 to cover the electrical outlet rental.
We will have T-shirts available!
T-shirts will be available to purchase and pick up pre-orders at the EAU booth.
We have a great prize pack this year for the person who brings the most new friends to the crop!

SPONSOR INFORMATION:
We are currently accepting applications for sponsors for our crop this year. The crop is in it's 9th year and has raised thousands of dollars to help the Association provide services to people dealing with the many challenges of epilepsy.
The Association would like to extend an invitation for your support this year. We anticipate more than 400 participants will attend this event and we would like to provice the first 300 registrants with gift bags. Being a sponsor and provicing products for the gift bags and/or raffle prozes is a great way to promote your business and get your products into the hands of those who will use them. With our appreciation, sponsors' names will be announced and displayed during the event and will be listed on the Association's website. You can download a listing of extra advertising bonuses here, for your company to participate in. The Epilepsy Association of Utah is a 501(c)(3) charity so all donations are tax-deductible.
Again we thank you for your support of our organization. We also extend our thanks from the special people who will benefit form the proceeds received through this event. 100% of the profits raised will go to the Teen Camp and education programs.
